We all have filters we use when making decisions and discerning our choices in any given situation. However, are the filters we use actually helpful when determining the best possible course of action? We make an estimated 35,000 decisions per day and out of those thousands of decisions what would it look like to change the filter and ask the question: What is the wise thing for me to do?

First, we can ask if there is tension that exists by taking the time to pause and reflect. Second, we can determine if it needs attention. Finally, we should approach the decision by acknowledging that Jesus lives in us.
